Link Property is part of the Link group and delivers an estate management and factoring service to 2000 sharing owners and owner-occupiers.
It employs six members of staff.
Tom Clark, Chairman, said "We are delighted to receive this award. It reflects not only the commitment by Link to its staff and their development but also the quality of our service".
Linkwide (another Link group subsidiary) is also being assessed and hopes to obtain IIP accreditation soon.
