New Housing Development - Airth , Falkirk District

The Link Group has completed a development of new homes for rent in Falkirk District at Airth. The project comprises eight 3 apt. and four 4apt. houses in Main Street.

The cost was £820K and the HAG level 58%.

Private finance for this and other current Link developments is being obtained from a syndicate facilitated by The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
