Link Housing Association’s new Customer Service Centre will open for business in Falkirk on Monday 3 July, enabling Link to improve its responsiveness to customers by providing a ‘one-stop shop’ for all telephone enquiries.
The administration functions of Link Housing’s area offices in Edinburgh, Falkirk, Cumbernauld and Paisley are being moved to Falkirk’s Callendar Business Park, offering a more efficient and streamlined service by creating one point of telephone contact for all of its customers and giving Link’s local housing and technical officers more time to spend out and about, engaging with people in the communities Link serves.
Craig Sanderson, Chief Executive of Link Group, said: “Link is committed to delivering a high quality service to its customers and being responsive to their needs. Our new Customer Service Centre means we can continue to achieve this by handling calls more quickly and efficiently and responding to the wish of our tenants and home owners to see more of our staff in their local areas.”
The new Customer Service Centre is based in Watling House, Callendar Business Park, Falkirk, and can be contacted on 08451 400 100.
The development of the Customer Service Centre is part of the wider restructuring of Link Group, which has recently taken place to enable Link to deliver its services more effectively.
Link Group was formerly parent company to five active subsidiaries which have now been consolidated into three: Link Housing owns and manages Link’s housing stock and operates the new Customer Service Centre, Linkwide oversees Regeneration and Development and LinkLiving continues to provide vital housing support services.
In addition to housing the new Customer Service Centre, Watling House will also be the base for the Directors and core teams of Link Housing and Linkwide and also LinkLiving's Falkirk Support Service. Around 114 staff will be based there.
