The administration functions of our area offices (Edinburgh, Falkirk, Cumbernauld and Paisley) have moved to one Customer Service Centre in Falkirk. Because the Customer Service Centre provides one point of telephone contact for all Link Housing customers, our housing officers are now able to spend more time out and about in local communities - meeting tenants, sharing owners or owner-occupiers 'on site'; carrying out post-repair inspections to ensure quality; checking the performance of service contractors; dealing with problems of vandalism and graffiti more quickly and generally having a much greater presence in your local area.
If you have an enquiry, or would like to arrange a meeting with a housing officer in your area please contact the Customer Service Centre on 08451 400 100 instead of visiting an area office. Staff at the centre have specialist knowledge of the services we provide, meaning that if you call about your rent account or to report a repair or with any other enquiry, you will be connected to an experienced member of staff first time, every time.
