Hours of duty: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (alarm call system in operation at all other times).
Details: Morar Court is a two-floor complex of 33 one-bedroom flats around a central courtyard.
Local amenities: Small shopping centre 100 yards from the complex, with GP surgeries nearby.
Transport information: Regular bus services to Grangemouth town centre, Falkirk or Stirling.
Activities: Twice weekly lunch club and bingo; regular social events.
