Transport information: The bus to the main street stops outside the complex. The train station is a short walk away.
Activities: Tuesday and Thursday – lunch club; Wednesday – coffee and knitting class:
Friday - bingo; plus regular social events and outings.

Local amenities: GP surgeries, chemists, a post office and banks on the main street, which is within five minutes’ walk of the complex. There is also a supermarket within walking distance.
Transport information: Bus stop five minutes from the complex, with buses to Glasgow running every 15 minutes. The train station is a 10 minute walk away, with trains to Glasgow every 15 minutes.
Activities: A variety of events and activities are organised including coffee afternoons, shopping trips and summer outings.
