Hours of duty: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (alarm call system in operation at all other times).

In the complex: Office, laundry, common room, kitchen, library and two guest bedrooms.
Local amenities: GP surgery five minutes’ walk from the complex. Pharmacy, post office, banks, library, police station and local shops within a 10-minute walk.
Transport information: Bus stop and train station five minutes’ walk away.
Activities: Monday – lunch club; Tuesday – keep fit; Wednesday – bingo; Thursday – breakfast
Friday – lunch and sing-along; regular social events and outings.
