One of the largest organisations of its kind, Link Housing Association provides quality housing management and maintenance services to more than 5,000 tenants in social rented accommodation - both general needs and sheltered - and is active in many parts of Scotland with bases in east, central and west Scotland and in the Highlands.
As part of a commitment to maintain the best possible standards of service and support, Link Housing aims to be responsive to its customers' needs and aspirations.

Link Housing involves tenants in the building, management and maintenance of their homes, as well as creating opportunities for wider tenant participation. Tenants form a majority on the Link Housing management committee. Two of them also serve on the board of Link Group, the parent company in the organisation. Link Housing delivers a comprehensive repairs service to tenants at an annual cost of more than £4.5 million.
In partnership with Linkwide and other agencies, Link Housing participates in community regeneration initiatives, such as the Kintry project in Craigmillar, Edinburgh; Dalmuir in West Dunbartonshire and Petersburn in North Lanarkshire.
Link Housing continually reviews and develops its management and maintenance services to keep up with the expectations of customers, its regulatory body (Communities Scotland) and best practice.
